Regardless of the type of business you run, your people are the foundation on which it is built. The way you recruit employees, support them and give them opportunities to grow has a direct impact on your business performance. But that is not all. The place where you make key decisions every day and face the challenges constantly presented by the market is equally important. A modern, comfortable space, equipped with the latest technologies and amenities. Centrally located and easy to reach. A place that gives your business room to grow.
The ideal space for your business is located in Górczyn, Poznań. Situated on one of Poznań’s key commercial and service streets, the office building is a unique place where modern technological solutions meet impressive architecture. Giant – the development in question – is the latest and, to date, the largest investment by Giant Invest, a company that has been operating on the Polish market for over 30 years. The building is located at the corner of Głogowska Street and Górki Street, in the very centre of Poznań. Its convenient location makes it easy to reach both by car and public transport.
The building’s architectural style, inspired by New York’s urban spaces, combines a range of features that make it truly distinctive. The façade is made of handmade red bricks, concrete and extensive glazing, fitting perfectly into the architecture of historic Górczyn. Surrounded by greenery, the building blends seamlessly into the existing landscape.
Inside the office building, you can see durable and elegant combinations of concrete and granite, as well as glass and steel. Passing through the Giant reception, you enter the courtyard. Surrounded by greenery and enclosed by glazed walls, it forms a secluded oasis in the heart of the city. Employees can step outside for some fresh air, sit among nature and enjoy a coffee or a meal. The beautiful effect of the sky reflected in the glazing gives the space a distinctive character.
From the courtyard, we move towards the modern office spaces. Almost 20,000 square metres, air conditioning, an internal telecommunications system and modern technological systems are just some of the solutions and possibilities available to you. With respect for nature and the environment, the office building is equipped with modern heating, air-conditioning (MVAC) and ventilation systems. This is supported by a BREEAM Very Good certification, confirming that the building meets high construction standards and incorporates best practices in the design, construction and operation of this type of property.
The building has excellent insulation parameters. There are nine high-speed lifts, as well as a bicycle lift connecting levels -2 and 0. Extensive parking facilities with 291 spaces, 10 electric vehicle charging stations, bicycle racks and a bicycle repair station are just some of the amenities provided for you and your employees. A modern parking space management system also allows your business partners to enter the office building premises without unnecessary delays.
Modern lifts provide quick access to your office space. Bright and comfortable interiors are arranged to ensure that your team can work in comfort. Large glazed walls overlooking Poznań provide plenty of natural light. Offices with glazed balconies also offer an opportunity to step outside and get some fresh air.
Fancy lunch, a quick coffee break or a meeting with a client in a more relaxed atmosphere? Visit the restaurant located on the ground floor by the courtyard. Excellent cuisine and affordable prices make it a place you will want to return to, while enjoying new flavours and a calm, modern setting full of elegance and sophistication.
