Could a modern office building be functional, sustainable and inspiring at the same time? This was the question explored by participants of the Giant Invest Business Brunch – an event held on 27 October at the Giant space in Poznań.
The event brought together representatives of Poznań real estate agencies, investment management companies, developers and commercial property brokers. It was an opportunity to learn more about Giant – its history, architecture, technical standard and the solutions that contribute to the comfort and efficiency of using the building.
One of the key topics discussed during the event was the sustainable solutions implemented at Giant, confirmed by a BREEAM Very Good certification. Participants learned about solutions related to energy efficiency, responsible use of resources and water, as well as a responsible approach to building management. They also had the opportunity to see examples of furnished office spaces used by tenants.
The event also featured additional attractions prepared by its partners. MB MOTORS POZNAŃ presented the latest Mercedes-Benz GLC and EQB models, while the raw parking space provided an opportunity to take a closer look at the solutions used in the vehicles. pARTs jewelry, meanwhile, presented original jewellery by Anna Orska, inspired, among other things, by elements taken from Volvo cars.
The Giant Invest Business Brunch was not only an opportunity to present the development, but also to bring together people connected with Poznań’s real estate market and business community.
